Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Service Provider

The services on this site are provided by Atınç Büyükduykular, trading as NorthLine ("the Service Provider").

2. Nature of Service

NorthLine provides digital marketing consulting services. No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered electronically through advertising campaigns, performance reports, and strategy deliverables.

3. Service Delivery

  • Campaign setup begins within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • First leads are typically delivered within 7–14 days of campaign launch.
  • Appointments and leads are delivered via email and/or the customer dashboard.
  • The service period begins on the campaign launch date.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15, services that begin with the consumer's consent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires are not eligible for cancellation once performance has started.

  • Before campaign launch: Full refund available if no ad spend has been incurred on your behalf.
  • After campaign launch: Refund equal to unused service days, minus ad spend already committed and a 10% administrative fee.
  • Service issues: If we fail to deliver the agreed appointments in a given month, the shortfall is credited toward the next month at no extra cost.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be sent to info@northlinelead.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method via iyzico.
