Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Atınç Büyükduykular (trading as NorthLine) — referred to as the "Seller".
Buyer: The person or company purchasing services through this website — referred to as the "Buyer".

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale of digital marketing consulting services described on the website, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service & Price

The scope, deliverables, and price of the service are displayed on the order page at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through iyzico.

4. Delivery

Services are delivered electronically. Campaign setup starts within 3 business days of payment confirmation; performance reports and strategy deliverables are provided via email and/or the customer dashboard. See the Delivery & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of a service has begun with the consumer's express consent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. By approving the start of the campaign, the Buyer accepts this.

If the campaign has not yet been launched, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.

6. Default & Late Payment

If the Buyer defaults on payment via credit card, the cardholder is liable to the issuing bank for default interest under the cardholder agreement. The Seller may suspend service until outstanding amounts are settled.

7. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's residence have jurisdiction over disputes, up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Acceptance

By completing the order, the Buyer confirms having read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
